All Sales Are Final We do not accept returns, exchanges, or process refunds once a sale is completed, except in the case of a verified manufacturing defect.
Manufacturing Defects & Refund Eligibility

Refunds or replacements are strictly limited to products delivered with a manufacturing defect.

Mandatory Unboxing Video: To be eligible for a refund or replacement, you must record a clear, continuous, and unedited unboxing video when opening your package. The video must clearly show the original packaging being opened and the defect on the product.

We cannot process any refund or replacement claims without a proper unboxing video.
How to Report a Defect

If you receive a defective item, please contact us at hivefy.in@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.

Include your order number, a brief description of the defect, and attach the mandatory unboxing video.
Refund Process (For Defective Items Only)

Once our team reviews and approves your unboxing video and defect claim, we will initiate the refund process.

Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
